Can I wear any bra with Strapilicious! Bra Straps? Strapilicious! Bra Straps are meant to be worn with a convertible or strapless bra. Any bra that you can remove the straps from will work with our bra straps. You may also attach them to swimwear, tube tops, and any piece of clothing that has a loop for the hook to attach to. Are Strapilicious! Bra Straps adjustable? Yes, they are adjustable. Simply move the lobster claw along the length of the adjustment chain until the desired fit is achieved. The remaining adjustment chain can then be tucked down the back side of your bra or simply cut off. Each bra strap comes with 2 different sets of adjustment hooks. The smaller adjustment hook works best with your convertible bra. It allows for 15 inches of total beading with an additional 4 inches of adjustment chaining. The longer hook works better with your strapless bra, which requires a longer lengthed bra strap. The longer adjustment hook allows for 17 inches of total beading with an additional 4 inches of adjustment chaining. Smaller Hook Longer Hook Are Strapilicious! Bra Straps machine washable? No, they are not. Please remember to remove your bra straps when placing your bra into the washing machine. Strapilicious! Bra Straps, are made of crystal, glass beads, and pearls. You can rinse them off in warm, soapy water, or use a mild, diluted detergent, such as Simple Green, 409, or Windex. Wash them off quickly to remove any oily residues. Do not leave your bra straps soaking in any detergent for an extended period of time. This could remove some of the gold or silver plating. What if my bra straps break? Strapilicious! Bra Straps, are extremely durable. They are meant to be worn in place of your regular elastic or plastic bra strap. We stand behind our product 100% and will exchange your broken straps for the exact pair. Please return both straps to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. It is up to the discretion of Strapilicious! Bra Straps to determine if the straps were used in a negligible manner that would cause them to break. What is your return policy? In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Strapilicious! will issue a full refund within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Your bra straps must be returned in its original packaging. Strapilicious! is not resposible for any return shipping costs Do you do custom orders? Yes, Strapilicious! Bra Straps does do custom orders.
